Standard Shipping
You can purchase all products with free shipping between 9-14 days.
* For in stock items, please expect additional 1-3 days warehouse processing time for the total delivery estimates.
* For pre-order items, please refer to the estimated date provided on the product’s description page.
Customs Duties

Shipments will be delivered with duty and tax unpaid.

All import (customs) duties and/or taxes must be paid by customers referring to local custom policy.

Taxes are more likely to be applied to an order that has been shipped with Express shipping.
Restrictions
Please note that there are some restrictions such that our carriers can't ensure safe delivery to certain addresses (and let’s be real, there's nothing worse than a lost package). So please be sure to provide your address with specific details such as street number/building number if you have one.

APO/FPO/DPO addresses in all countries are not supported.

P.O. Box address is only supported for United States with standard shipping.

Non-continental Europe countries are not supported, usually referring to the islands and territories affiliated with the aforementioned European countries.
Failed Delivery Situation

We are not responsible for any failed delivery attempt caused by negligent behaviors of customers. Negligence includes, but is not limited to, incorrect information provided for delivery, such as order address/contact number/consignee's name. In this case, we are unable to file a refund for you.

If you find that your order information is wrong, please contact us at info@favshops.com with your order number and correct information before the order is shipped out, and as soon as possible.

For certain countries or regions such as Puerto Rico, American Samoa, Guam, Northern Mariana Islands, Virgin Islands, please allow 1 - 2 extra days for delivery. Please kindly note that you might need to pick up your package from your regional post office. Thank you for your patience and understanding!
Additional Information
With some carrier services experiencing unexpected delays in transit or slight delays in providing tracking details, we appreciate your patience and understanding in advance. It's our top priority to make sure your orders get delivered to you as soon as possible.
Shipping time does not include order processing time. Please check more information of your order on the Order Details page.
Shipping fee is calculated based on the payment value after discounts (if applicable).

If you have not received your package after it has been delivered or if you have any questions about your order, please contact our customer service at info@favshops.com within 30 days from the date of delivery.
CANCELLATION
You can cancel the orders you place on our online store by clicking on the "Cancel My Order" button on the Order Detail Page within the first 30 minutes. Since we will have entered the preparation process for your order after the first 30 minutes, it will not be possible to cancel your order.
EXCHANGE
There is no exchange option for purchases made on our online store. If you wish, you can return the product you purchased and create a new order.
RETURN
You can return the products you purchased from favshops.com within 14 days from the delivery date of your order.
You can create a return request for the products you purchased from our website by logging in to our favshops.com website address, entering the My Account> My Orders section. You can obtain your special return code by selecting the product/products you want to return and specifying the reason for return.
If you are not a member of our site, you can request a return by reaching our Customer Services at our e-mail address, info@favshops.com
You can package the products you will return in a way that they will not be damaged and deliver them to our contracted cargo company free of charge with your special return code. In returns sent with different cargo companies, the return shipping fee will be deducted from the amount to be returned to you.
Products You Will Return:
• Must be unused and unworn.
• Must be in the original package and the original labels must not be removed.
• In bag and accessory returns, all parts must be complete, in the original package and the labels must not be removed.
• Accessories and decorative products must be complete, in the original package and the labels must not be removed.
Products whose 14-day return period has expired, are used, worn, removed from their original packaging and have lost their resalability feature, and products whose return is not suitable for health and hygiene will not be accepted.
Products Subject to Special Return Procedure
We care about your health. Due to hygiene principles, returns cannot be accepted in earring, necklace and bracelet groups.
REFUNDS
When your returned products reach us, our Quality Control Team will examine their suitability for return and then initiate your refund process. Your refund will be returned to you within 14 days of your product reaching us, using the payment method you used to place your order. If you made your payment with your credit card, the time it takes for the refund sent by us to be reflected on your card may vary depending on the bank you work with.
